Topic: Managing Admittance to Azure-land
Microsoft’s Azure cloud is an excellent place to build web applications. An important part of building applications is ensuring the integrity and availability of these applications. Azure provides a number of ways to secure and manage admittance to your application. The entry points include Traffic Managers, Load Balancers, App Gateways, Azure Front Door, and more. In this talk, Tony will describe these and when to use each.

Speaker: Tony Bjerstedt
Tony is an experienced software architect and developer with a long history of designing and building quality software systems. He has provided architectural leadership at all levels including application architecture, data architecture, technical architecture, and solution architecture.
Tony has a deep interest in building highly secure applications in the cloud. To this end, he has Solution Architecture certifications from both AWS and Microsoft. Tony also has his CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
